Before Your Visit
Schedule an Appointment or Walk In
You can call us at (470) 275-4911 to schedule a same-day appointment, or simply walk in. We reserve same-day slots for urgent care patients, so you won't wait long.
Bring Your Information
If possible, bring:
- Your insurance card
- Photo ID
- A list of current medications (if you have one)
- Your pharmacy information
When You Arrive
When you arrive at our office:
- Check in at the front desk
- Complete any necessary intake forms
- Wait in our comfortable waiting area
- Our staff will get you in as quickly as possible
During Your Visit
Vital Signs Check
Our medical assistant will take your temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate to establish your baseline.
Initial Exam
The medical assistant will ask about your symptoms and briefly examine you to understand what brings you in today.
Provider Consultation
Your provider will come in to discuss your symptoms, review any relevant medical history, and perform a thorough examination. If your provider is your regular doctor, they'll already have important context about your health.
Testing (If Needed)
If needed, we can perform:
- On-site lab work (blood tests)
- Rapid tests (strep, flu, COVID)
- Urinalysis
- Digital X-rays
- EKG services
- Ultrasound
Treatment and Prescriptions
Your provider will discuss treatment options with you and explain your diagnosis. If needed, we can provide prescriptions or in-office treatments.
After Your Visit
Check Out
You'll check out at the front desk. If you have insurance, your copay will be due at this time. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
Follow-Up Care
Your provider will discuss any follow-up care needed. We'll have records of your visit in your file for your next appointment.
Prescription Access
Prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy, or you can pick them up from our location.
